STUDENT MINISTRY
Welcome to Oak Park Students (OPS)! We're thrilled you’ve decided to check us out! At OPS, we offer a unique environment where relationships are nurtured, faith is strengthened, fun is intentional, and God's truth infuses everything we do and say. Here, we empower students to become strong Christ-followers by cultivating a deep relationship with Him, growing to be more like Christ through meaningful connections, and serving and uplifting others.
Wednesday Nights: Students in grades 7 through 12 gather every Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 PM in the Student Worship Center (Fellowship Hall). The evening includes dinner, fun activities, practical Biblical teaching, and small group discussions. On the fourth Wednesday of each month, we have Black OPS night, where we head off campus for various activities like bowling, beach outings, visits to Sky Zone, go-karting, or dining out.
Sunday Mornings (starting in September): 9:00am-9:45am | Student Classroom for Bible Study
10:00am | we sit in service together
Biblical Counseling: At Oak Park Christian Church, we understand that raising a teenager can be challenging, and life can often present unexpected difficulties. That's why we offer youth biblical counseling to support you and your teen through these times. Our counseling sessions are designed to provide guidance, encouragement, and practical advice rooted in Biblical principles. If you would like to set up an appointment for you or your teen, please email Pastor Arnaldo. We're here to help navigate life's challenges together.
